① Morning warm
7:00–8:30 AM MST window · 25 min · REQUIRED
Establishes a morning behavior signal so the algo can slot you into a timezone bucket — separate from post time
⚠ Don't open the FYP yet. Your account is <1 week old; FYP shows generic content, not your niche. Always start in the Search tab. Pick a hashtag from the table below. After ~7 days, your FYP self-aligns and you can drop the Search step.
The flow (same for both channels)
  1. Switch to the channel's account on TikTok.
  2. Tap Search. Type one hashtag from the table below. Different one each day if you want — rotate so the algorithm doesn't think you're a one-trick fan.
  3. Watch 3 videos all the way through — don't swipe early. Completion rate is the #1 signal — more important than likes, follows, anything.
  4. Like 2 of the 3. Save 1.
  5. Tap one creator's profile. Watch one more video from them. Pick a 5K–100K creator, not a mega-account.
  6. Swipe to FYP for 1 minute. Just scroll, no engagement needed.
  7. Repeat steps 1–6 on Instagram Reels (~3 min, 2 full-watches + 1 short comment).
  8. Repeat steps 1–6 on YouTube Shorts (~2 min, 2 full-watches + subscribe to 1 in-niche creator).

  2. Run the same Search → 3 full-watches → Like 2, Save 1 → creator profile → 1 min FYP flow as morning. ~12 min total across TT/IG/YT.
  3. Switch to @internetdramatales at ~5:12 PM. Same 12-min flow.
  4. Stay logged into TT on @theredactedpress at 5:25 PM — Session ③ starts in 5 min.
Schedule conflict? If you can't do all 25 min, prioritize 10 min on TT for both channels in the last 30 min before 5:30 PM — TT-presence-during-post-drop is the strongest single signal.
③ Posts + bridge warm
5:30–6:45 PM MST · ~75 min span · REQUIRED
Both posts drop in this block. Stay on the platform between them — exiting right after upload reads as bot behavior.
5:30 PM · TRP drops
  1. Dashboard → Schedule tab → find @theredactedpress today's render card.
  2. Preview the MP4. Mandatory — locked rule from 2026-06-11. Catch bad audio/visuals before anything ships.
  3. Hit Publish Now. ● YouTube Short posts automatically via Data API.
  4. Phone gets a ntfy push for TikTok + Instagram. Open TT first (upload + paste caption from /m/post page), then IG Reels (same MP4 + caption). ● Both manual — Upload-Post removed 2026-06-20.
5:40–6:25 PM · Bridge warm (any platform, any channel)
  1. Stay on TT/IG/YT. Scroll FYP, watch 4–6 videos to completion, like a few, comment on 1. Don't bail right after posting — that's a bot pattern. Real users keep scrolling.
  2. If you're tight on time: minimum 10 min between drops, on TT specifically.
6:30 PM · IDT drops
  1. Switch to @internetdramatales. Dashboard → Schedule tab → find today's render card.
  2. Preview MP4 → Publish Now. YT auto-posts; phone gets ntfy push for TT + IG.
  3. Post to TT + IG from phone.
6:35–6:45 PM · Cooldown (10 min)
  1. Stay on for 10 more min. Light scroll, no posting. Same reason — natural session tapers, bots end abruptly.
If you miss the window — post as soon as you can. Late same-day >> skipped day. The post-time consistency matters most over the next 14 days while the algo builds your timezone fingerprint.

Background rules · don't do this stuff
  • Don't warm at 2–6 AM MST. Off-hours activity = wrong-geo or bot signal.
  • Don't comment on or follow your own posts from another account or device.
  • Don't use a VPN or switch devices mid-warmup.
  • Don't add a 5th platform (Threads, Snapchat) yet — concentrate trust signals on the four you have.
Why this works
Brand-new social accounts that post on day 1 with no behavioral history get flagged as suspected bot/farm activity and routed through manual-review queues — that's the "0 views" pattern you've been seeing. Sessions of 5+ min from the same device, IP, and in-niche behavior signal a real human. 8–10 complete-watches per platform per day is the strongest positive signal you can send. 10–15 in-niche follows per day looks like new-user discovery behavior, not spam.
